Experience a deeply supportive, whole-person approach to healing that honors the sacred connection between your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. These sessions gently and safely help you release stored emotional trauma, clear energetic blockages, and restore natural balance and vitality.

In each session, we typically use 3–7 different healing modalities — including the Emotion Code — carefully selected just for you. To your session you will bring three core issues (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or relationship-based).  Rather than treating symptoms alone, we use muscle testing and intuition to gently uncover the root energetic and emotional imprints held in the body and energy field. We then work to release and remove what is no longer serving you.

This multi-layered, trauma-informed approach creates a safe, nurturing space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and profound inner healing. Many clients leave feeling lighter, more grounded, emotionally freer, and relieved from chronic patterns, tension, or heaviness they’ve carried for years.

Holy Fire Reiki and other energy work are often included and are offered at the end of the session if not used earlier. If you prefer a specific focus (such as Emotion Code only or a full Reiki session), just let me know — we can discuss the best approach before or during your session.
